Hi, I'm Brooke — A Relationship and Sex Therapist in Austin, Tx, serving in-person clients in Austin and virtual clients across Texas.

I’m here to help you forget about the pressure of what you “should” do, and make choices that align with who you truly are.

I started my practice because I discovered a gap in therapy. Relationships, sexuality, and gender are deeply interconnected, and yet most therapists don’t receive extensive training in sexuality. How can we address one without the other?

Studying with sex-positive educators taught me that relationships and sexuality can be more than fun–they can be playful, connected, healing, and life-affirming. Liberating.
